Physical Description of Persona:
Genna clearly got her looks from her mother. With their long blond hair, clear blue eyes and womanly curves it's hard to miss the resemblance between the two women. The angular shapes of her mother's face seem a little more pronounced in hers, but she lacks her mothers darker eyebrows and is considerably taller (5'6"), something she inherited from her father. Genna prefers to dress a little more provocatively than she has been taught, but there isn't much that escapes her mother's watchful eyes. Whatever she is wearing, you can bet it is decorated with some special piece of jewelry her father made her.
Emotional Description of Persona:
Much like her looks, Genna also got a lot of her personality from her mother. She was taught from a young age how to influence those around her without compromising her womanly reputation. Like most any teenager, however, she feels a fair deal of resistance against her parents' authority and has been known for small acts of rebellion against what is considered proper behaviour. While she does understand the need to find herself a wealthy, high-placed husband, she is secretly terrified of ending up in a loveless marriage like that of her parents'. She dreams of an adventure bigger than marrying and having children, but is realistic enough not to hold her breath waiting for that.
History of Persona:
Genna was born in Amber Hills Hold to Master Smith Makarl and his wife as their first and only daughter. Her father spoiled her from a young age, treating her like a little Lady Holder to be. Her mother, on the other hand, trained her in the womanly arts from when she was old enough to walk. Genna grew up wanting in nothing, except perhaps an escape from the boredom of proper behaviour and her mother's constant instructions. As a kid she used to dream of adventures, Impressing a dragon, riding off into the sunset with handsome stranger, anything that would bring excitement to her life. When she reached the marrying age she decided those dreams were indeed just that, dreams for kids and that it was time to grow up now. That didn't mean she couldn't occasionally rebel against her mother's wishes, though, and rebel she did.
When Genna stepped in on her mother and Daihmin, a hold guard, in an intimate embrace, Genna’s world was turned upside down. The hypocrisy of her mother’s betrayal was something she found impossible to deal with. In a desperate attempt to flee, she blackmailed her mother into letting her go to the Weyr. She already had her Searchtoken, one she had received upon attending a hatching with her uncle Chupsin. Genna took to life as a candidate like a fish to the water and the very first hatching she´d stand at, turned out to be her last as well. She walked off the sands with Lissath at her side, quite flabbergasted, but excited to begin their life together as the new gold pair of Dragonfalls Weyr.

Dragon's Name: Lissath
Dragon's Age: 1
Dragon's Colour: Gold
Description of Dragon:
Lissath's hide is the dark, orange-tinged gold of a lake at sunset. When you look at her long enough, you might actually see the smooth ripples of that very same lake etched in a darker gold along her body. Lissath is on the bigger side of the gold-scale and has a feminine roundness to her form.
Lissath has a strong belief in the 'order of things' and believes that everything happens for a reason. As such, she is not easily disturbed and remains calm and stoic through almost any crisis. She is a young thing, though, and can be playful and over-achieving like any weyrling. Her biggest problem is over-confidence and Genna often has to slow her down in her long strides to new accomplishments. Lissath is happy to interfere in conversations, be it between dragons or riders, because she feels her insights would be an /invaluable/ contribution. Honestly, she’s a know-it-all.
