Physical Description of Persona:
Petite and dark haired, Ragletta has fair skin which she tries to keep pale. If she doesn't she risks going red, which lead to burns and not a suntan.

That means she usually keeps her long dark ponytail hidden under a hat, but if you want to see her eyes and ready smile you only need to ask.

Emotional Description of Persona:
While her patient husband is hardly the life and soul of the party, Ragletta is the opposite, or so it seems. She finds it easy to make friends, and has a tendency to speak her mind which caused a little consternation among the more conservative elements on her arrival at the Smith Hall at Garnet Valley.

But she does have the patience to sit out looking at the stars, and perhaps that was the key to her attraction to Kraygh.

History of Persona:
Born in the North to Southern born parents, Ragletta was the youngest child of Smithcrafters who transferred out of the Hall following the news that her mother Zaletta would have to leave the craft after the plague.

Her father Teragan couldn't do that, so he packed up his young family and they moved North. There his wife, and soon their family had the chance to craft as well.

Their three sons took up the Smith craft, but it was the stars that attracted their 3 daughters.

Ragletta was close to walking the tables, and the only unmarried child when her both her parents caught an illness. Her father recovered unlike her mother. The Healers reccomended that once he was able, he should move to somewhere with a warmer climate for his health.

Teragan made enquiries, it seemed that their old home once again had place for them, and with a liberal minded Hallmaster who would accept Ragletta as the senior apprentice she was. Decision made, she accompanied her father.

Not long after the move, she met Kraygh. Nobody could really figure out what the attraction was, perhaps it was simply the mutual love of staring up at the sky. The day after they both walked the tables, not long after Ragletta's 19 birthingday they were married.

Nothing could dent their happiness, or so it seemed, until the arrival of the much more conservative current Hallmaster, who upheld the ban on female crafters. Ragletta was faced with a choice, but her husband managed to help her out and a posting to a Weyr was quickly arranged.
