Owned NPCs (ONPCs)
Owned NPCs are the family members of a PC persona. This includes: parents (including foster/step parents), siblings (including foster/step siblings), children (biological, step, or fosterlings), and a current weyrmate or spouse.
* Any ONPCs used by a member must be listed on their PC's sheet.
* They cannot be written by any other member without the owner's permission.
* A persona sheet is required if the persona posts more than a few times with a persona other than the PC family member.
